Participation Terms: SJ60 TASTE JAPAN STAMP RALLY
To ensure the smooth and successful implementation of the campaign, participating businesses are requested to review and agree to the following:
1. Provision of Information
Participating businesses shall provide the information required for campaign operations, including business details, contact information, product or menu information, operating hours, and relevant images or promotional materials.
2. Accuracy of Information
Participating businesses are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. Any changes to business details, operating hours, product information, or promotional content should be communicated promptly to the Campaign Office.
3. Use of Submitted Information
Information and materials provided may be used by the Organizer and the Campaign Office for campaign-related purposes, including the official campaign website, social media channels, promotional materials, event communications, publicity, and project reporting.
4. Cooperation with Campaign Operations
Participating businesses shall support campaign activities by displaying campaign QR codes and related materials, informing staff of campaign procedures, and assisting customers with stamp collection and reward redemption where applicable.
5. Reward Redemption and Promotional Benefits
Where applicable, participating businesses may be requested to support reward redemption or provide promotional benefits as part of the campaign. Details regarding implementation and operational procedures will be communicated separately by the Campaign Office.
6. Reporting and Survey Cooperation
To evaluate campaign performance and support future initiatives, participating businesses may be asked to participate in surveys and provide relevant information, feedback, or performance data following the campaign.
7. Photography and Promotional Content
Participating businesses acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other content captured during campaign-related activities may be used by the Organizer and the Campaign Office for promotional, reporting, publicity, and other campaign-related purposes.
8. Operational Adjustments
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to campaign content, schedules, promotional mechanics, reward structures, eligibility criteria, or operational procedures where necessary.
9. Campaign Eligibility
The Organizer reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue the participation of any business whose activities, products, services, or conduct are deemed inconsistent with the objectives, requirements, or integrity of the campaign.
By submitting a registration form, participating businesses acknowledge and agree to the above Participation Terms.
